1. To the Central Treasury (Baketayev A. K.):

- till December 30, 2016 to bring to all receivers of budgetary funds, administrators of resources of the budget information on change of bank account details since January 1, 2017 and to direct new details;

- bring to commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic new bank details for transfer of payments in the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- notify all budgetary institutions on functioning since January 1, 2017 of "Single treasury account";

- complete issue of cards of receivers of budgetary funds by December 30, 2016.

2. To management of providing ICT and upgrade (Duyshembiyeva of N):

- organize functioning of automated information system (further - AIS) "Is:kazna. The budget" taking into account implementation of the electronic digital signature (further - the EDS);

- make offers on procedure for safety and security of information system AIS "IS:Kazna. Budget";

- till December 30, 2016 to provide all participants of budget process with logins and passwords for implementation of input in information system AIS "to Is:kazna. Budget".

3. To territorial administrations:

- till December 30, 2016 to provide availability in each territorial administration of two sets of the computer to the automated workplace, at the expense of the computers released following the results of optimization of structure of the Ministry for work of budgetary institutions in information system AIS "to Is:kazna. Budget";

- check providing all budgetary institutions with electronic digital signatures, and also login of AIS "Is:kazna. The budget" and to complete activation of the EDS on places;

- till December 30, 2016 together with GU "Info-Sistema" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic to complete final testing of account financial transactions.
