Establish the extreme extent of budget deficit of fund for 2017 in the amount 0 (zero) rubles.

2. Determine that in 2017:

2.1. budget receipts of fund constitute 39 300 000 rubles according to appendix 1;

2.2. expenses of the budget of fund in the amount of 39 300 000 rubles are performed according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that the Government of the Republic of Belarus has the right to introduce in need of established procedure to the President of the Republic of Belarus offers on increase or reduction of the approved amounts of the income and expenses of the budget of fund for 2017, and also about refining of other its indicators is not more often than once a quarter if other is not established by legal acts.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 16.01.2020 No. 13
