Specify indicators of the republican budget for 2016 taking into account denomination of official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus which is carried out according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2015 No. 450 "About carrying out denomination of official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.11. 2015, 1/16092), in part:

1.1. reduction:

1.4. transfers from the budget of the Minsk region to the republican budget of the interbudget transfer in the amount of 4 000 000 rubles;

subventions on financing of expenses on:

to servicing of the bonds emitted by regional executive committees according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2016 No. 268 "About creation and activities of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.07. 2016, 1/16540), in the amount of 2 431 800 rubles, including the Brest region - 322 900 rubles, Vitebsk - 410 400 rubles, Gomel - 68 500 rubles, Grodno - 554 400 rubles, Minsk - 718 400 rubles and the Mogilev region - 357 200 rubles;

to payment of the income on the issued securities emitted by the Vitebsk regional executive committee according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2016 No. 320 "About development of agricultural production of the Vitebsk region" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.08.2016, 1/16606), in the amount of 4 426 874 rubles.

The subventions specified in paragraph five of part one of this subitem are transferred on the basis of equal share participation of means of the republican budget and the regional budget of the Vitebsk region.

2. Determine that in 2016:

2.1. the funds of funds of the precautionary (preventive) actions for separate types of compulsory and voluntary insurance created in 2016 according to Item 66 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" which are not used in 2016 are allocated for expenses of the republican budget (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7866; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.04. 2014, 1/14942);

2.4. the means arriving from collection of the state fee for issue of permission to the admission of the vehicle to participation in traffic in addition to the directions established in Item 2 of article 11 of the Law go for interest payment for use of the credits issued on construction of the second belt road around Minsk;

2.5. the remaining balance of means of republican road fund in the amount 5 889 768, the 15th ruble formed for January 1, 2016 at the expense of the means which are not used in 2015 arrived from collection of the state fee for issue of permission to the admission of the vehicle to participation in traffic goes for financing of expenses on construction of the second belt road around Minsk;

2.8. reduction of the minimum standard rates of fiscal capacity of expenses on health care counting on one inhabitant and on education (without the expense accounting on capital construction), but no more than for percent of reducing the income (without the received subventions) in relation to the amount established in case of approval of the relevant budget for 2016 is allowed;

2.9. the subventions transferred from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas according to the paragraph to third subitem 1.2.1 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law can go for financing of activities of radiologists, including expenses on salary payment and their content;

2.10. the subventions on financing of expenses on development of agricultural industry and fishing activities transferred in 2016 from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas in addition to the directions established in part two of subitem 1.2.3 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law go to other expenses on development of agricultural industry according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
