2) the list of persons for whose implementation of labor activity permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power, according to appendix 2 to this resolution are not required.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, but not earlier than January 1, 2017.
