About State commission on securities and the stock market

Proceeding from need of further reforming of the security market and in connection with provision by the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" State commission on securities and the stock market of the status of state body I decide:

1. Ceased to be valid.

2. Ceased to be valid. 

3. Recognize invalid Presidential decrees of Ukraine:

of June 12, 1995 N446 "About State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market", except Article 1 part one regarding formation of State commission on securities and the stock market;

of August 2, 1995 N 684 "Questions of State commission on securities and stock market";

of June 10, 1996 N 408 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 12, 1995 N 446".

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with change of the status of State commission on securities and the stock market:

resolve issues of material logistics of the Commission, its central office and territorial authorities, and also placements of the Commission and its central office;

determine the extreme number of workers of system of the Commission;

resolve in two weeks issues of conditions and the salary fund, material and household providing and medical attendance of the Chairman and members of the commission, employees of its central office and territorial authorities;

provide, since 1997, in drafts of the Government budget of Ukraine allocation of assignments for content of system of the Commission separately;

bring in a month decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine into compliance with this Decree;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.

5. Recommend to the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to relevant organs of local self-government, local executive bodies to promote necessary service premises of territorial authorities of State commission on securities and the stock market.

The regulations on State commission on securities and the stock market are excluded according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 05.08.2008 No. 687/2008
