1. Approve updated:

organizational structure of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources according to appendix No. 1;

structure of central office of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources with extreme number of managerial personnel of 52 units according to appendix No. 2.

Provide to the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources the right to bring, within the established extreme number of managerial personnel, change in structure of central office of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources.

2. Recognize invalid some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

3. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and the mineral resources interested to the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
