I. General provisions

Subject of regulation of administrative regulations

1. The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Bailiff Service of the state service in inclusion of information about the legal entity in the state register of the legal entities performing activities for return of overdue debt as core activity (further - Administrative regulations), establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) by provision of the state service in inclusion of information about the legal entity in the state register of the legal entities performing activities for return of overdue debt as core activity (further - the state service), and also order of interaction between officials of territorial authorities of FSSP of Russia and applicants by provision of the state service.

Terms of provision of the state service

11. Registration in the register and issue of the certificate on inclusion of data in the register are performed not later than in twenty working days from the date of submission by the legal entity to territorial authority of FSSP of Russia of the documents conforming to the list and requirements, stipulated in Item 19 Administrative regulations <1>.

Issue of the duplicate of the certificate on inclusion of data in the register is performed not later than in ten working days from the date of submission by the legal entity to territorial authority of FSSP of Russia of the documents and data specified in Item 21 of Administrative regulations.

15. The notification on refusal in issue of the duplicate of the certificate goes to the applicant not later than in ten working days from the date of submission by the legal entity to territorial authority of FSSP of Russia of the documents and data specified in Item 21 of Administrative regulations.
