About introduction of temporary ban on export of tanning semifinished product from the Russian Federation

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (7) and for the purpose of providing the state defense order the Government of the Russian Federation decides appendix No.:

1. Establish from February 1 to August 1, 2017 temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of the goods which are significantly important for the domestic market of the Russian Federation concerning which temporary restrictions or prohibitions of export can be in exceptional cases set, and provided by codes 4104 11 and 4104 19 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till January 19, 2017 in accordance with the established procedure:

notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

submit for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission the offer on introduction of temporary ban on commodity exportation, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation quarterly monitoring of implementation of this resolution.
