The regulations on procedure for creation of the List of the prohibited economic operators (further – the Provision) are developed according to Law No. 131 provisions of July 3, 2015 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 197-205 402), with subsequent changes and amendments, and establishes content, procedure for creation, accounting and the publication of the specified list.
