About approval of the Regulations on Information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories

1. Approve Regulations on Information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories according to appendix.

2. Determine that the chief and leading experts of Information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent are plenipotentiaries of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the corresponding territory (further – plenipotentiaries).

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent in ten-day time to provide allocation to plenipotentiaries in office buildings of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent of the service premises equipped with necessary furniture, computer and other equipment, means of communication and other accessories.

4. To the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari (A. Zh. Ramatov):

take measures for organizational, material and transport service of activities of plenipotentiaries, providing them with housing, and also to medical and social attendance;

provide coordination and control of activities of plenipotentiaries;

in week time to approve distribution of functional obligations of heads and specialists of Information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov.

Regulations on Information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The information analysis department concerning complex social and economic development of the territories (further - Department) is structural division of Executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Activities of Department are aimed at information and analytical providing the Cabinet of Ministers, its Presidium, and also Executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning social and economic development of the territories.

3. The department in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also this Provision.

4. The department performs the activities under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The department on the questions entering its competence is subordinated to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at the same time its activities are coordinated by the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers.

6. The experienced and qualified personnel having profound economic knowledge, owning specifics of this territory capable at the high professional level to provide accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to them is appointed to positions of the chief and leading experts of Department on the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent.

Candidates for position of the chief and leading experts of Department on the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent affirm at meeting of Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on representation of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and are appointed to position by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers.

7. The chief and leading experts of Department on the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent are plenipotentiaries of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the corresponding territory (further - plenipotentiaries).

8. Plenipotentiaries on permanent basis accommodate in the city of Nukus, the regional centers and the city of Tashkent.

For plenipotentiaries the service premises in buildings of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent equipped with necessary furniture, computer and other equipment, means of communication and other accessories are allocated.

Material and transport service of activities of plenipotentiaries, providing them with housing, and also medical and social attendance will be organized by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
