According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 (with changes), to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1181 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income (lack of income), gained by physical persons which addressed for purpose of government assistance which is applied.

2. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Muzychenko V. V.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine of April 13, 2000 No. 82/171 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the state tax authorities of data on the income of the physical persons who addressed for purpose of the public assistance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 10, 2000 at No. 271/4492 (with changes).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income (lack of the income) received by physical persons which addressed for purpose of government assistance

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of realization of the mechanism of receipt of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income (lack of income), gained by physical persons which addressed for purpose of government assistance according to Item 6 of the Procedure for provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance who according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, on care of it, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 02, 2000 No. 1192, Item 49of Procedure for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751, Item 27 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 24, 2003 No. 250, and Item 7 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of temporary government assistance to children whose parents evade from payment of the alimony have no opportunity to contain the child or their place of residence it is unknown, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 22, 2006 to No. 189 (further - procedure for appointment).

2. This Procedure regulates exchange of information between structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in the city of Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils (further - social security authorities of the population) and the Public fiscal service Ukraine, rules of creation and representation by social security authorities of the population of requests for receipt of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers (further the State register) about the income (lack of the income) of the physical persons who addressed for purpose of benefit to person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance who according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, on care of it, government assistance to families with children, the government public assistance to needy families temporary government assistance to children whose parents evade from payment of the alimony have no opportunity to contain the child or their place of residence it is unknown (further - public welfare payments).

3. Subjects of information exchange are social security authorities of the population and the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.

The administrators of information exchange providing and performing technical support of the procedure of giving of requests and receipt of answers is the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" and the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.
