1. The note 1 to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1699; 2005, No. 34, Art. 2064; 2008, No. 100, Art. 3308; 2014, No. 34, Art. 909; 2015, No. 76, Art. 2527, No. 100, Art. 3436; 2016, 30, the Art. 1211, No. 94, the Art. 3074) after paragraph two to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Official pay rates (the tariff charges, wage rates) since January 1, 2017 are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade established in the amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for January 1 of calendar year.".

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
