2. Approve Regulations on interdepartmental working group concerning ensuring functioning of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes which is applied.
3. Interdepartmental working group concerning ensuring functioning of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes to promote implementation of actions according to the Regulations on it approved by this resolution.

1. The interdepartmental working group concerning ensuring functioning of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (further - interdepartmental working group), is advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. The interdepartmental working group in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.
3. The main objectives of interdepartmental working group are:
1) assistance to implementation of coordination of the central executive bodies concerning accomplishment of the actions plan on ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions of authority by the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (further - the actions plan); carrying out the analysis of condition of accomplishment of the actions plan and preparation of offers on results of such analysis, in particular about modification of the actions plan;
2) preparation taking into account international standards and the best foreign the practician of offers relatively:
implementation of powers and functions of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (further - the Agency), including on enhancement of structure of the Agency and the maximum ensuring its compliance to the functions assigned to the Agency;
project developments of the regulatory legal acts regulating implementation by the Agency of the powers and functions;
modification of legal acts for ensuring functioning of the Agency up to standard;
3) assistance to carrying out the consultations with special bodies of the government providing realization of state policy in the sphere of identification and search of assets which it can be seized in criminal proceedings, and/or on asset management, which it is seized or which are confiscated in criminal proceedings for the purpose of determination of practical requirements of such bodies for accomplishment of functions of the Agency;
4) determination of ways, mechanisms and methods of the solution of the problematic issues arising in case of ensuring access of the Agency to such sources of information and assistance to ensuring direct actual access of the Agency to:
To the unified register of pre-judicial investigations, the automated information and help systems, registers and databanks, holder (administrator) of which are state bodies or local government bodies in Ukraine;
to information sources which are at the disposal of organizations (offices, the agencies) on search and the property administrations functioning in EU Member States, the specialized international organizations performing activities in the sphere of identification, search and asset management;
5) assistance to ensuring coordination of actions of public authorities concerning creation and filling by information of the Single state asset register which it is seized in criminal proceedings;
