The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Labour and Employment of the state service in consideration of disagreements concerning carrying out special assessment of working conditions, the worker's disagreements with results of carrying out special assessment of working conditions on its workplace, and also claims of employers to actions (failure to act) of the organization which is carrying out special assessment of working conditions (further respectively - Service, the state service, Administrative regulations), determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Service by provision of the state service.
