About streamlining of collection of charges at check points through frontier of Ukraine

For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of collection of charges at check points through frontier of Ukraine, establishing efficient control of expenditure of these means I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

enter since August 20, 1998 payment according to the single payment document of the charges (customs duties, charges for performance of works, connected with provision of services when implementing environmental control of freights and vehicles, the charges for performance of works connected with provision of services when carrying out the state veterinary control, collection for driving through highways of Ukraine by vehicles of foreign owners, payment for inspection of quarantine materials) levied according to the legislation at check points through frontier of Ukraine, having provided assignment of coordination of activities of state bodies concerning collection of the specified charges on the State Customs Service of Ukraine;

approve in a month form of the single payment document and procedure for its filling, and also to make changes to the corresponding regulatory legal acts for the purpose of reduction on average for 30 percent of the amount of the charges specified in the paragraph the second this Article;

prepare in two-month time the draft of the legal act for introduction of the single collection levied at check points through frontier of Ukraine with the subsequent direction of means in the Government budget of Ukraine; enter the procedure excluding possibility of collection of the local taxes and charges, stipulated by the legislation at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
