I. General provisions

4. The basic concepts used in this Program mean the following:

"non-state pension" - in system of early non-state pension provision the non-state pension which is monthly paid by fund to the participant in accordance with the terms of this Program, pension rules of fund and the pension agreement of early non-state pension provision;

"pension contribution" - the money paid at own expense by the employer for benefit of workers and if this Program provides possibility of voluntary participation of workers in forming of means for payment of non-state pensions, - also the money paid by the employer for the worker who submitted the application for voluntary participation in forming of means for payment of non-state pension for the income account from the salary of such worker by deduction of part of its earnings (if other conditions of payment of the specified pension contributions for the income account from the salary of such worker and procedure for such payment are not provided by the free standing agreement signed between the employer and the worker) in accordance with the terms of this Program and the pension agreement of early non-state pension provision;

"legal successor" - the physical person (persons) specified by the participant to which in case of the death of the participant the redemption amount according to the procedure is paid, established by the pension agreement of early non-state pension provision;

"the pension bases" - the bases of acquisition by the worker (former employee) of the right to non-state pension established by this Program;

"pension rules of fund" - the document determining procedure and conditions of execution by fund of obligations on pension agreements of early non-state pension provision developed, approved and registered according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
