According to the subitem "ch" of Item "About management of objects of state-owned property" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 18 parts two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the signed contracts with heads of the state unitary enterprises, chairmen of executive bodies of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state which is applied.

2. To provide to the ministries, other subjects of management of objects of state-owned property representation to the Ministry of Economics of information on the signed contracts with heads of the state unitary enterprises, chairmen of executive bodies of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state (except banks), in particular if powers to destination and to dismissal of such heads and chairmen of executive bodies according to the law and/or the charter also representations of the relevant information according to the Procedure approved by this resolution are within the competence of the supervisory board, in the form approved by the Ministry of Economics.

Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the signed contracts with heads of the state unitary enterprises, chairmen of executive bodies of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state

1. The register of the signed contracts with heads of the state unitary enterprises, chairmen of executive bodies of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state (further - the register) is component of single monitoring of effective management of objects of state-owned property.

1-1. This Procedure is not applied to banks.

2. The register is kept by Ministry of Economics and posted on its official site.

3. The register is open for all interested users. The register contains the following data about the state unitary enterprise, economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state:

name;

code according to EGRPOU;

the name of the subject of management of object of state-owned property (further - the subject of management);

surname, name and middle name of the head of the state unitary enterprise or the chairman of executive body of economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state;

the duration of the contract, the state unitary enterprise concluded with the head or chairman of executive body of economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state.

4. Entering of data into the register is performed based on information provided by appropriate subjects of management within 45 days after the termination of reporting quarter and till April 15 of the year following for reporting according to the Procedure of control over the implementation of functions on management of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 19, 2007 No. 832 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 45, Art. 1839).

5. Information moves the subject of management concerning each state unitary enterprise, economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, and shall contain the following information about them:

name;

code according to EGRPOU;

surname, name and middle name of the head of the state unitary enterprise or the chairman of executive body of economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state;

the duration of the contract, the state unitary enterprise concluded with the head or chairman of executive body of economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state.

6. Responsibility for reliability, completeness and timeliness of submission of information for entering of data into the register is assigned to management subjects wich submit it.

7. The form in which information for entering of data into the register moves affirms Ministry of Economics.
