2. To provide to the ministries, other subjects of management of objects of state-owned property representation to the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of information on the signed contracts with heads of the state unitary enterprises, chairmen of executive bodies of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state (except banks), in particular if powers to destination and to dismissal of such heads and chairmen of executive bodies according to the law and/or the charter are within the competence of the supervisory board, in the form approved by the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry, and representation of the relevant information according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.
