2. Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules and conditions of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies in health sector are developed for the purpose of implementation of the subitem 3) of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" and regulate procedure and conditions of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies in health sector.

2. In length of service operating time on the same specialty in the state organizations of health care and in the organizations of other fields of activity irrespective of form of business in the specialty is set off.

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

the organization of health care - the legal entity performing activities in the field of health care;

Chapter 2. Procedure and conditions of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies in health sector

In length of service of the doctor operating time on medical and executive positions in the presence of the higher medical education, and also training time on professional development course and retrainings, in residency, clinical internship, postgraduate study, magistracy, the doctoral studies connected with clinical practice in the specialty is set off.

5. In length of service in the specialty to the workers holding positions of average medical personnel operating time on positions of average medical personnel, including on executive positions of the organizations of health care and as the secretary of medico-social commission of experts is set off.

6. In length of service in the specialty to the workers holding positions of average pharmaceutical personnel (including laboratory assistants) operating time on positions of average pharmaceutical personnel (including laboratory assistants), including on executive positions of the organizations of health care and as the secretary of medico-social commission of experts is set off.
