For the purpose of further increase in level of security of the population and medical institutions with available, high-quality medicines and products of medical appointment, implementation of the flexible and transparent mechanism of their pricing, suppression and further non-admission of unacceptable practice of purpose of the expensive import medicines which are not provided by standards of diagnostics and treatment, and also mainly in the presence of more available and high-quality domestic similar medicines:

6. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in a month to make addition to the license agreement about pharmaceutical activities, having provided conditions of cancellation of the license for gross violation by legal entities of procedure for pricing of medicines and products of medical appointment, and also the mandatory requirement according to the minimum list;

in two-month time to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the project of the Regulations on procedure for prescription of medicines by doctors and leaves from drugstores of medicines, having provided in it, including, severe measures of responsibility of persons which allowed violation of the specified procedure.

7. Assign to Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial administrations responsibility on implementation of system control of observance by the wholesale and retail organizations realizing medicines and products of medical appointment, established procedure of state regulation of the prices of them.

To department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

taking into account specifics of activities to organize control of observance by the wholesale and retail organizations realizing medicines and products of medical appointment, established procedure of state regulation of the prices of them and in case of identification of violations to bring in the licensing body the corresponding materials, including checking purchases and controlled acquisitions, for taking measures according to the legislation;

strengthen work on fight against turnover of substandard or counterfeited medicines and products of medical appointment.
