ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

of July 1, 2015 No. 253

About approval of document forms and provisions of information on implementation of financial support of actions in agro-industrial complex by reduction in cost of the credits

According to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for financial support of actions in agro-industrial complex by reduction in cost of the credits 300, and for the purpose of efficiency analysis of use of budgetary funds I order to No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2015:

1. Approve forms which are applied:

1.1. Bids for receipt of compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans.

1.2. Certificates of receipt of compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans at the expense of means of the government budget.

1.3. Register of document registration of participants of tender by determination of the list of borrowers of agro-industrial complex for financial support of actions in agro-industrial complex by reduction in cost of the credits at the expense of means of the government budget.

1.4. The register of the borrowers having the right to compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans.

1.5. The register of borrowers for receipt of compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans.

1.6. Information on use of the budgetary funds provided in the government budget for implementation of compensation of loan interest rate, attracted in previous years.

1.7. Information on use of the budgetary funds provided in the government budget for implementation of compensation of loan interest rate, attracted in the current year.

1.8. Information on use of the budgetary funds provided in the government budget for implementation of compensation of interest rate for the attracted loans by borrowers.

1.9. Requests about additional requirement for the compensation means necessary for reduction in cost of the credits.

2. To department of financial credit policy:

2.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Quarterly to the 20th following the accounting period and in a month after the end of budget period to provide submission to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of information on condition of accomplishment of productive indicators with analysis results, explanations, conclusions on their accomplishment.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
