About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning fibers of artificial viscose

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning fibers artificial viscose, classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 5504 10 000 0 of EEU, in the amount of 0 (zero) percent from customs value from January 2, 2017 to December 31, 2019 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 5504 10 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "41C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 41C of the following content:

"41C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 02.01.2017 till 31.12.2019 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective since January 2, 2017.
