to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) concerning polyethylene for drawing factory three-layer anticorrosive covering on pipes of the big diameter classified by the EEAS Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3901 20 900 1 in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 inclusive.

2. In the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) line item with code 3901 20 900 1
To add the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of EEAS in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "5C)".

3. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2017, but not earlier than after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
