3) within ten working days from the date of receipt of this joint order from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising the deputy minister, vice-Ministers of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. These rules of rapid response and rendering the timely complex help to persons who were injured in the road accidents (further - Rules) are developed according to article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic".

2. These rules determine procedure for rapid response and rendering the timely complex help to persons who were injured in the road accidents.

3. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
