Some questions of financing of the state investment projects

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for 2016 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of development in the amount 748, by 1 thousand hryvnias by reduction of their amount according to the program 2407800 "Reconstruction of hydraulic engineering constructions of protective arrays of the Dnieper water storage basins" and increases in their amount according to the program 2408800 "Implementation of the state investment projects of closing of storages of PZRO "III queue of the CNPP" and preservation of storage No. 29 PZRO "Buryakovka".

2. The second offer of Item 27 of the Procedure for the selection of the state investment projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 571 "Some questions of management of the state investments" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 64, Art. 2116; 2016, No. 28, to the Art. 1114) to state in the following edition: "The decision of the Interdepartmental commission is the basis for consideration of question of redistribution of the state capital investments on projects which are implemented at the scheduled time, in the procedure established by the budget legislation.".

3. Provide:

To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources - approval of expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

To the Ministry of Finance - introduction after the specified approval of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
