1. Approve the enclosed Rules of convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody, anti-corruption service.

2. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to national bureau on anti-corruption of the Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service (further - National bureau):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of National bureau on anti-corruption;

5) bringing this order to data of structural and territorial authorities of National bureau on anti-corruption.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of National bureau Kozhamzharov K. P.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody, anti-corruption service

1. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody, anti-corruption service.

2. For accomplishment of tasks on convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody, anti-corruption service in making of crimes, detained on the basis and according to the procedure of Articles 128, of 131 Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Code of Criminal Procedure of RK), and also the crimes accused of making concerning which the court authorizes arrest based on article 147 Code of Criminal Procedure RK (further - the detainees and persons taken into custody) in Departments of National bureau on anti-corruption of the Ministry for public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan of areas (further - territorial authority of anti-corruption service) by the order of the head create groups, and in territorial authorities of anti-corruption service on the cities of Astana and Almaty - regular convoy divisions are created.

Convoy divisions perform:

1) convoy of suspects from buildings of bodies of anti-corruption service to temporary detention centers (further - IVS);

2) convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody from IVS in medical institutions for out-patient survey and inspection;

3) convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody for carrying out investigative actions which production is impossible in the conditions of IVS, pre-trial detention centers (further - the SI), their protection during production of investigative actions;

4) convoy of the detainees and persons taken into custody from IVS, SI in courts on authorization, change of measure of restraint, and back, their protection during judicial sessions;
