Declare invalid the resolution of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of October 4, 2004 No. 2 "About approval and enforcement of federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy of "The requirement to the managing systems important for safety of nuclear power plants" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 1, 2004, registration No. 6092; Bulletin of regulations of federal executive bodies, 2004, No. 45).
