1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1) official publication of this order in information system of law of Ad_let;

2) the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Regulations on Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. The committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing functions in the field of the state material reserve.

2. The committee in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders and instructions of the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Minister), other regulatory legal acts and this Provision.

3) in coordination with authorized body in the field of defense development of the list of Items of storage of material values of the state material reserve;

4) development of the corresponding rules of operating by material values of the state material reserve and their submission on approval to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) entering of offers into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on amount of expenses during the forming and storage of material values of the state material reserve;

6) stores organization and refreshings of material values of the state material reserve;

7) entering of offers into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on movement of material values of the state material reserve;

8) ensuring movement of material values of the state material reserve;

9) ensuring placement, accounting of high-quality and quantitative safety of material values of the state material reserve;

10) decision making about movement of razbronirovanny material values of mobilization reserve for the purpose of replenishment of the nomenclature of the state material reserve;

11) decision making about release of material values of the state material reserve according to the procedure of refreshening;

12) release of material values from the state material reserve for rendering the regulating impact on the market based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the conclusion of contracts with subjects of trading activity;

13) the conclusion of the agreement (contract) with the receiver about release of material values of the state material reserve according to the procedure of borrowing;

14) acquisition of oil products at the single operator on supply of oil products determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

15) implementation of international cooperation within competence of Committee.

14. Task: control of quantitative and high-quality safety of material values of the state material reserve.
