About classification of dried hemoglobin according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The dried hemoglobin received from blood of animals by separation (fractionation) and drying according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item of 3002 12 000 3 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
