About classification of the refrigerated mixes of vegetables according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The refrigerated mix of vegetables consisting of mix of vegetables, fresh or welded in water or on couple, and vegetables or the mix of the vegetables fried in vegetable oil, subjected to the subsequent freezing in which content fresh or welded in water or on couple of vegetables in percentage terms exceeds content of the fried vegetables, packed up in packagings for retail sale, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1, 3 (b) and 6 is classified in subline item of 0710 90 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
