Based on part two of Item 142 of the Regulations on procedure for the service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 518 "Questions of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus", the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on payment procedure to the staff of the Investigative Committee of monetary compensation instead of the objects of dress code and signs of distinction of special ranks put on regulations of supply;

the sizes of employee benefits of the Investigative Committee of monetary compensation instead of the objects of dress code and signs of distinction of special ranks put on regulations of supply.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2013 No. 434 "About approval of procedure and the sizes of employee benefit of the Investigative Committee of monetary compensation instead of the objects of dress code, signs of distinction and other ware property put on regulations of supply" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.06. 2013, 5/37346).

3. In three-months time to provide to the Investigative Committee reduction of the legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on payment procedure to the staff of the Investigative Committee of monetary compensation instead of the objects of dress code and signs of distinction of special ranks put on regulations of supply

1. This Provision determines payment procedure to the staff of the Investigative Committee (further - employees) monetary compensation instead of the objects of dress code and signs of distinction of special ranks put on regulations of supply (further - monetary compensation).

2. The monetary compensation is paid to employees instead of ware property - the objects of dress code and signs of distinction of special ranks which are not relating to inventory property (further - ware property), included in the regulations of supply of the staff of the Investigative Committee with dress code objects, distinction signs of special ranks and other ware property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2012 No. 262 "About measures for ensuring activities of the Investigative Committee" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 68, 1/13555; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09. 2016, 1/16618).

The monetary compensation instead of the objects of special dress code put on regulations of supply is not paid to employees.

3. The employee benefit of monetary compensation is performed within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Investigative Committee and also from other sources according to the legislation:

during passing of service by them in the Investigative Committee;

in case of their dismissal from service in the Investigative Committee on the bases provided in subitems 158.1-158.4 of Item 158, subitems 159.1 and 159.5 of Item 159, Items 160 and 161 of the Regulations on procedure for the service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 518 "Questions of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 128, 1/13068) if the right to monetary compensation came on the date of dismissal, but no more than for one piece (set) of ware property;

attached in accordance with the established procedure to state bodies or other organizations, bodies of interstate educations and the international organizations.

4. The monetary compensation is paid to employees for the supplies which are not received on regulations pieces of ware property on condition of the expiration of the terms established for them socks and availability at the employee, except for persons specified Item in paragraph three 3 this provision, similar pieces (at least one set) of ware property.

5. Payment of monetary compensation to employees is made in the sizes established on the date of payment, and in case of dismissal from service in the Investigative Committee - on the date of dismissal.

6. The basis for employee benefit of monetary compensation are:

the official report of the employee during service in the Investigative Committee, and also the employee attached in accordance with the established procedure to state bodies or other organizations, bodies of interstate educations and the international organizations;

the dismissal order of the employee in case of dismissal from service in the Investigative Committee on the bases specified Item in paragraph three 3 this provision.

7. In case of dismissal of employees in inventory (resignation) with the right of carrying dress code and signs of distinction on special ranks instead of payment of monetary compensation dress code objects at will can be issued.
