1. Provide in 2016 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credit and interest for using this credit issued by this bank to Belgorkhimprom open joint stock company for financing of construction of Garlyksky mining and processing works in Turkmenistan in the amount of 25 million US dollars for the term of no more than one year with collection of interest for using this credit in the amount of 8 annual interest rates.
The payment for provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to part one of this Item is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
The guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus is provided in currency of the issued credit.
