According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 "About the republican budget for 2016", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 "About some questions of provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus" and also for the purpose of ensuring timely implementation of the project by Belgorkhimprom open joint stock company on "turnkey" construction of Garlyksky mining and processing works in Turkmenistan and optimization of crediting by banks and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of state programs and actions the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 359

1. Provide in 2016 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credit and interest for using this credit issued by this bank to Belgorkhimprom open joint stock company for financing of construction of Garlyksky mining and processing works in Turkmenistan in the amount of 25 million US dollars for the term of no more than one year with collection of interest for using this credit in the amount of 8 annual interest rates.

The payment for provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to part one of this Item is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.

The guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus is provided in currency of the issued credit.

2. Suggest Belgorkhimprom open joint stock company to provide the direction of means of the credit specified in part one of Item 1 of this resolution, mainly acquisition of the equipment and materials for construction of Garlyksky mining and processing works in Turkmenistan.

3. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus specified in Item 1 of this resolution after the conclusion of the corresponding credit agreement.

4. Confer the personal responsibility for target use of means of the credit specified in parts one of Item 1 of this resolution, its timely repayment and interest payment for use of this credit for the CEO of Belgorkhimprom open joint stock company.

5.
