About additional measures for carrying out population census and housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020

1. For the purpose of the organization and carrying out population census and housing stock of 2020 to permit the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on contractual basis to accept workers in:

- central office of the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan - 10 units from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2023:

- head departments of the Agency according to the statistics the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas and the city of Dushanbe - 23 units from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022;

- managements, departments and sectors of statistics of the cities and areas of the republic - 83 units from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021.

2. To make payment of expenses on content of number of the specified workers at the expense of the funds allocated for population census and housing stock.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan based on representation of the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of works on preparation, carrying out, leading and the publication of results of population census and housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020 at the expense of means of the government budget for 2017-2023 and grants of the international organizations.

4. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas of the republic for performance of works on preparation and carrying out population census:

- till April 1, 2019 to specify the list of areas, residential locations and their borders, to order in residential locations and large villages of the name of streets, numbering of houses and apartments with installation of notices and registration plates;

- till July 1, 2019 to constitute schematic plans of residential locations, large villages and the map of areas jointly and in coordination with the State committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan and to provide to the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- till September 1, 2019 to check by bypass correctness and completeness of the current accounting of the population living in apartment houses, premises and in other structures of residential and rural locations and to provide creation of lists of villages according to the verified data of books of unthrifty accounting.

5. To the state unitary enterprise "Housing and communal services" give help to local executive bodies of the government in work on streamlining of names of streets, numbering of residential districts, apartment houses and apartments in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

9. To the communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, National guard of the Republic of Tajikistan and to other ministries and departments having special the contingent and the closed objects to perform preparation and to provide census of the military personnel and special contingents of the population according to the procedure and the terms established by the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
