9.2. in a month to take adequate measures on providing taking into account offers of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions of activities of the subordinated divisions which are not entering into structure of Committee;

9.3. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers in connection with reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

9.4. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

9.5. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

9.6. to prepare and provide to two-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on enhancement of the legislation regulating management of state-owned property, registration of the rights to real estate and maintaining the single inventory of real estate, the state land cadastre and land management works, and also real estate appraisal;

9.7. in two-month time to provide preparation according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About accreditation in the field of assessment of conformity" the regulatory legal acts regulating assessment of conformity of legal entities and physical persons (inventory specialists) who are carrying out works on land surveying;

9.8. provide transfer on balance of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions of Network of the basic stations of uninterrupted action established in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic within "The project of registration of real estate";

9.9. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
