About measures for preparation of civil protection of the Republic of Moldova in 2017

For the purpose of accomplishment of Item c) article 7 of the Law No. 271-XIII of November 9, 1994 on civil protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 20, the Art. 231), with subsequent changes and amendments, and article 23 of the Law No. 267-XIII of November 9, 1994 on fire safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 15-16, 144), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Schedule of preparation of civil protection of the Republic of Moldova for 2017 according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Plan of completing by students of Republican training center for 2017 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to perform direct management of planning and holding actions in the field of civil protection.

3. To heads of bodies of public management, the companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership to organize accomplishment of plans of preparation of civil protection for 2017.
