About optimization of structure and the number of staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of exception of duplication and contiguity of functions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Optimize structure and the number of staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in the way:

- reducings the number of staff of central office on 7 units;

- reducings the number of staff of territorial subdivisions on 107 units;

- transfers of 2 units from 7 reduced units of central office in Department of public procurements under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- increases in the number of staff of Training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic at 2 units.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following change and amendment:

- in appendix 1 to the above-named resolution:

in Item 2 of figure "1085", "247", "164" and "674" to replace respectively with figures "975", "240", "168" and "567";

- to add the note of appendix 4 of Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-The quantity of technical and service personnel of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic is established in number of only 236 established posts, including on central office - 48 established posts, to subordinated divisions - 43 established posts and territorial subdivisions - 145 established posts.".

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for economy of means of the government budget due to reducing office and motor transport on duty state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2011 No. 767 the following amendment:

- add the note of appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution with the paragraph of the following content:

"Automobile motor transport on duty for servicing of territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic is not provided.".

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring structure and the number of staff of central office of the ministry, subordinated and territorial subdivisions into compliance with the standard rates established by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473, and this resolution;

- in a month in accordance with the established procedure to introduce to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about entering of corresponding changes and amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114, following from this resolution;

- take measures for employment of the released workers during optimization of activities, structure and the number of staff of the ministry according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
