Procedure for distribution in 2016 of the confiscated means and means received from realization of the property seized by a court decision for making corruption and connected with corruption of offense

1. This Procedure determines the distribution mechanism in 2016 of the confiscated means and means received from realization of the property seized by a court decision for making corruption and connected with corruption of offense (except for the confiscated domestic government bonds which all amount at par value treats on reduction of public debt with simultaneous repayment of obligations on these bonds) (further - the confiscated means).

The means arriving in special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine for code of classification of budget receipts 50080100 "The confiscated means and means received from realization of the property seized by a court decision for making corruption and connected with corruption of offense" taking into account balance which developed for the beginning of budget period by the specified code of classification of budget receipts are weekly distributed by Treasury in proportion according to such budget programs:
