About additional benefits to women

For the purpose of creation of conditions for education of children and increase in interest of women in the work Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Establish to the women having children under three years and working in the organizations and the organizations financed from the budget, the reduced duration of working hours which is not exceeding thirty five hours a week without compensation reduction.

2. Grant the right of retirement to the women who reached age of fifty four years in the presence of years of service, stipulated in Item 1 article 3 of this Law.

3. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1) the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 3, 1993 "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, N 9, Art. 338; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, Art. 269; 1997, N 4-5, Art. 126; 1998, N 9, 181) to add the Art. with Article 12-1 of the following content:

"Article 12-1. Pension entitlement with reduction of generally established age for one year

The women having at least twenty years of the length of service provided in the Items "and", "b", "v" and "g" of article 37 of this Law acquire pension entitlement on reaching fifty four years";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 28.10.2022 No. ZRU-798

4. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 1999.
