Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" of Item 38 of the Regulations on training of scientists of the top skills in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 1, 2011 No. 561 "About some questions of preparation and certification of scientists of the top skills" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the documents submitted by persons arriving in doctoral studies of public institution of education "University of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the documents submitted by persons arriving in doctoral studies of public institution of education "University of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus"

1. The statement addressed to the chief of public institution of education "University of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" (further - University).

2. The petition of the chief of body (division) for emergency situations in which the worker serves, with the characteristic of professional and business qualities arriving or the petition of the chief of structural division of University - for the workers serving at University.

3. The document on approval of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the head of state body or other state organization of accomplishment of dissertation research (for persons specified in Item 39 of the Regulations on award of academic degrees and assignment of academic statuses in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2004 No. 560 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 180, 1/6013; 2011, No. 137, 1/13123).

The monographs, materials relating to intellectual property items, registered in accordance with the established procedure, reports on the executed researches and developments, acts (certificates) of use of results of scientific developments confirming the practical realization of results of scientific research, documents confirming participation in accomplishment of state programs of scientific research, scientific and technical programs and innovative projects in the priority directions of scientific research or the priority directions of scientific and technical activities (in the presence).

11. The plan of preparation of the thesis expected completion of the thesis during training term in doctoral studies.

12. Responses of two doctors of science which directions of researches are close to thesis, the relevance of subject, justification of the offered plan of preparation of the thesis and possibility of preparation of the thesis containing assessment during training term in doctoral studies.

The foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in doctoral studies according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, agreements on implementation of the international programs, agreements of organizations of education, the organizations of the Republic of Belarus realizing educational programs of postgraduate education with the organizations of foreign states (international organizations) or for the direction of the organization of foreign state represent in addition the copy of one of the above-named agreements or the direction of the organization of foreign state.

Their transfer on Belarusian or Russian certified in notarial procedure at the same time is applied to the above-mentioned documents performed in foreign language.
