1. Establish forms:

the act of the inventory and assessment of property according to appendix 1;

the inspection report of the vehicle according to appendix 2;

the property deed according to appendix 3;

the property deed on storage according to appendix 4;

the deed of conveyance of data for statement of property on the subsequent accounting according to appendix 5;

the act of revaluation of property according to appendix 6;

the acceptance act of property from authorized body according to appendix 7;

agreements of storage according to appendix 8;

the conclusions about property assessment according to appendix 9;

the conclusions of merchandising examination according to appendix 10;

statements on property assessment according to appendix 11;

data on accounting and movement of property according to appendix 12.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of the inspection report of the vehicle it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
