About approval of the Technique of normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose

According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of lands" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Technique of normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose which is applied.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 1995 No. 213 "About the Technique of normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose and settlements" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, Art. 151; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, Art. 1475; 2004, No. 27, Art. 1782; 2011, No. 90, Art. 3271; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1625; 2015, No. 38, the Art. 1142) changes which are applied.

3. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in six-months time to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of publication.

Technique of normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose

1. The normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose is carried out separately on agricultural holdings (ploughland, long-term plantings, haymakings, pastures, deposits) and nonagricultural grounds on lands of agricultural purpose.

2. Information base for normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose, including lands under economic buildings and the yards, are data of the State land cadastre (the quantity and quality characteristic of lands, bonitations of soils, economic evaluation of lands), documentation on land management.

3. The normative money value of lands of agricultural purpose is determined according to the standard rate of the capitalized investment income on lands of agricultural purpose of natural agricultural regions of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, of Kiev and Sevastopol according to appendix and indicators of bonitation of soils by creation of scales of normative money value of agro-industrial groups of soils of natural agricultural regions (for agricultural holdings).

4. By results of carrying out normative money value of the separate parcel of land of agricultural purpose the territorial authority of Gosgeokadastr through the center of providing administrative services in the location of the parcel of land issues the statement from technical documentation on normative money value of lands in time, not exceeding three working days from receipt date of the corresponding statement.

In case of filing of application electronically the statement from technical documentation on normative money value of the parcel of land or motivated refusal in providing such statement are issued by Gosgeokadastr electronically technical means of telecommunications with imposing of the qualified digital signature, and at the request of the applicant can be also provided in paper form.

5. Creation of scales of normative money value of agro-industrial groups of soils of agricultural holdings of the natural agricultural region (ploughland, long-term plantings, haymakings, pastures, deposits) is performed on formula:

If agroproduction groups of soils of agricultural holdings on the parcel of land of agricultural purpose are not determined, the standard rate of the capitalized investment income of the corresponding agricultural holding of the natural agricultural region of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, of Kiev and Sevastopol according to appendix is applied.

In case in the natural agricultural region there are no materials of bonitation of soils and/or the standard rate of the capitalized investment income of the corresponding agricultural holding in such natural agricultural region the standard rate of the capitalized investment income of the corresponding agricultural holding of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area is applied.

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "agricultural purpose and" to exclude.
