2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the responsible secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of issue of the official ID of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of issue of the official ID of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for issue of the official ID of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

2. The official ID of the government employee (further - the official ID) is the official document confirming its state position and ex-officio full powers.

3. The certificate without the corresponding registration, with overdue effective period, blots and erasures is considered invalid.

Chapter 2. Procedure for issue of the official ID

4. The official ID is issued:

1) signed by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan - to chairmen of committees and their deputies, directors of departments and their deputies;

2) signed by the Responsible secretary of the Ministry - to heads of Managements, the chief experts and experts of the Ministry, heads and deputy managers of territorial subdivisions;

3) signed by chairmen of departments - to the staff of departments;

4) signed by heads of territorial subdivisions - to the staff of territorial subdivisions.

8. In case of delivery of the official ID to the government employee for the first time accepted on public service, the Service carries out explanation of procedure for its use, storage and return.

10. General control of procedure for filling, registration, accounting, issue, storage, return and destruction of official IDs is performed by the head of Service.

12. 13. Person which lost the official ID directs to publication in mass media the announcement of invalidity of the lost official ID what informs Service on. The new official ID instead of lost is issued by Service after conducting office investigation.

14. In case of dismissal the employee hands over the official ID in Service.

On roundabout leaf in case of delivery of the official ID the signature of person responsible for issue of the official ID is appended.

15. The official IDs which are handed over in case of dismissal, spoil or after effective period are liable to destruction with creation of the relevant act of destruction in any form.
