3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 19, 2016 No. 892
1. These rules of issue of the official ID of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for issue of the official ID of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).
2. The official ID of the government employee (further - the Official ID) is the document confirming its state position and ex-officio full powers.
3. The official ID matches the description approved by this order.
4. The certificate without the corresponding registration, with overdue effective period, blots and erasures is considered invalid.
5. The official ID is issued:
1) signed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan - to heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry, heads of territorial authorities, heads and deputies of the subordinated organizations;
2) signed by the Responsible secretary of the Ministry - to associate directors, heads of Managements, the chief experts and experts of the Ministry, deputy managers of territorial authorities;
3) signed by heads subordinated to the organization - the staff of the subordinated organizations;
4) signed by heads of territorial authorities - to the staff of territorial authorities.
6. Official IDs are issued to employees in case of position assignment, change of position, after term, loss, and also spoil of earlier issued certificate.

9. Annually, as of January 1, the Service of personnel management carries out reconciliation of compliance of official IDs them to accounting data.
10. General control of procedure for filling, registration, accounting, issue, storage and destruction of official IDs are performed by heads of the HR department.
11. In case of loss or spoil of the official ID, its owner without delay informs in written (any) form Service of personnel management, submits the announcement to mass media.
12. On each fact of loss, spoil of the official ID, and also transfer to his other persons or uses not to destination the Service of personnel management within ten working days from the date of the publication of the order on conducting office investigation makes office investigation by results of which the disciplinary commission of the Ministry considers question of involvement of guilty persons to disciplinary responsibility.
13. The lost official IDs through mass media are declared invalid what the Service of personnel management is informed on. The new official ID instead of lost is issued by Service of personnel management after conducting office investigation.
14. In case of dismissal the employee hands over the official ID in Service of personnel management. On roundabout leaf in case of delivery of the certificate the list of person responsible for issue of the official ID is put.
15. The official IDs which are handed over by employees in case of dismissal or spoil are liable to destruction with creation of the relevant act of destruction in any form once a year.
