1. General provisions

The procedure for financing of creation of town-planning documentation of objects of nation-wide value, research works in the field of town-planning activities (further - the Procedure) is developed for the purpose of implementation of article 12 of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Financing of creation of town-planning documentation of objects of nation-wide value, research works in the field of town-planning activities (further - town-planning documentation and carrying out research works) is performed according to the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan, this Procedure and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
