Some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of enhancement of management system, and also strengthening of protection of public order and ensuring public safety of law-enforcement bodies the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Rename public institution - territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The linear Department of Internal Affairs at the station Karaganda - the Classifying section of Department of internal affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into "Linear Department of Internal Affairs at the station Karaganda Classifying section of Department of internal affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Determine that financing of the above-stated public institutions is performed for the account and within the means provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget.

4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
