About some questions of republican property

And sciences of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee on control in education:

1) transfer of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession to Committee and uses of JSC NTsGNTE of the state block of shares;

2) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
