About some questions of forming of the state trust budget fund of national development in 2016

1. Determine that the highly profitable organizations transfer into the republican budget in the state trust budget fund of national development part of profit (income) by results of work for January-June, 2016 according to appendix over the part of profit estimated and transferred into the budget according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2005 No. 637 "About procedure for calculation in the budget of part of profit of the state unitary enterprises, the national associations which are the commercial organizations and also the income from the shares (share in authorized funds) of economic societies which are in republican and municipal property and about formation of the state trust budget fund of national development" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 4, 1/7075), equal shares in October-December, 2016 no later than the 25th day of every month.
2. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of forestry, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Department of Energy, the State military-industrial committee, the State committee on property, the State committee on standardization, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Belarusian state concern of oil and chemistry, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom to exercise control of timeliness and completeness of payment by the highly profitable organizations which are under their supervision (are their part) or shares (share in authorized funds) of which are transferred by it to the control, in the republican budget of part of profit (income) according to Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance till January 31, 2017 to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus data on accomplishment of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
