1. Approve the enclosed requirements to frequency of updating of the state topographic maps and the state topographical plans.

2. Determine that the state topographic maps and the state topographical plans are created in scales:

1:2 000, 1:10 000 - concerning the territory of settlements;

1:10 000, 1:25 000 - concerning the territory of subjects of the Russian Federation included in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation and certain regions of the subjects of the Russian Federation (in the existing borders) belonging to the territories with dense population, No. 707-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2004;

1:50 000, 1:100 000, 1:200 000, 1:1 000 000 - concerning all territory of the Russian Federation, including the territories specified in paragraphs second and third this Item.

3. b) change (emergence, disappearance) of objects and elements of the area require updating of the state topographic maps and state topographical plans;

c) extent of change of the area displayed on the state topographic maps and the state topographical plans exceeds 20 percent of the area of the state topographic map and the state topographical plan;

d) updating of the state topographic map and state topographical plan was not performed 10 years.

3. Frequency of updating of the state topographic maps and state topographical plans is determined on the basis of assessment of extent of change of the area following the results of the analysis of results of aerial photograph, remote sensing of Earth, information containing in unified electronic cartographic basis, the Single state real estate register and the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, and also information containing in the state funds of space data.

4. If changes of the area displayed on the state topographic maps and the state topographical plans exceed 50 percent of the area of the state topographic map and (or) the state topographical plan or in the state funds of space data the corresponding maps and (or) plans are absent, creation of the state topographic map and state topographical plan is performed.
