Approve the Procedure for distribution of means from use (realization) of part of products which remains in property of the state according to production sharing agreements, and/or means in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products between local budgets if the subsoil plot is located in the territory of several administrative and territorial units which is applied.

Procedure for distribution of means from use (realization) of part of products which remains in property of the state according to production sharing agreements, and/or means in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products between local budgets if the subsoil plot is located in the territory of several administrative and territorial units

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of distribution of means from use (realization) of part of products which remains in property of the state according to production sharing agreements, and/or means in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products (except means from the state part of products made on the subsoil plot within the continental shelf and exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine) (further - receipts by code 21090000) between local budgets if the subsoil plot is located in the territory of several administrative and territorial units.

2. Distribution of receipts by code 21090000 between local budgets is performed by body which controls collections of such receipts, certain Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 2011 No. 106 "Some questions of accounting of taxes, charges, payments and other budget receipts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 12, of Art. 508; 2015, No. 100, Art. 3441).

3. State geosubsoil after provision of special permission to use of natural resources on the terms of production sharing agreements or introduction in it of the changes connected with completion of stages of search and prospecting works provides to body which controls collection of receipts by code 21090000, of the data (geographical coordinates, areas, areas, villages, the settlement, the city) about subsoil plots on which it is made products which are subject to distribution between the state and investors (are got) (further - sites of development).

4. Local government bodies in the territory of which sites of development at the request of the body controlling collection of receipts by code 21090000, are located send information on population size, constantly living in limits of sites of development in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit (areas, the area, the village, the settlement, the city), confirmed with body of Goskomstat on the last reporting date.
