1. Approve:

The regulations on criteria of determination of age category of children among which distribution of information products is allowed (are applied);

The regulations on the public advisory board on protection of children from information doing harm to their health and development (are applied);

the structure of the public advisory board on protection of children from information doing harm to their health and development (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2017.

Regulations on procedure for assignment of information products of sign of age category and some features of its distribution

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for assignment of information products, except as specified, provided by the Code of the Republic of Belarus about culture, sign of age category, and also some features of its distribution.

2. In this Provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the laws of the Republic of Belarus "About the child's rights", "About mass media", "Ab vydavetskay to sprava are applied".

3. Assignment of information products of sign of age category, except as specified, when availability of such sign is optional according to legal acts, is performed prior to its distribution for the purpose of ensuring protection of children from information doing harm to their health and development.

The sign of age category is appropriated by results of assessment of the information products on availability or null information doing harm to health and development of children based on criteria of determination of age category of children among which distribution of information products, established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus is allowed.

4. Designation of information products he is familiar to age category it is performed as follows:

in relation to category of information products without age restrictions (universal) - in the form of digit "0" and plus sign;
