About the Customs tariff of Ukraine
The customs tariff of Ukraine is the list of rates of import duty systematized according to the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity which is collected from the goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine.
The commodity nomenclature of the Customs tariff of Ukraine is the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity (UKTVED) which is based on the Harmonized system of the description and coding of goods.
Article 1. Approve the Customs tariff of Ukraine according to appendix.
Article 2. Establishment new and change of the effective rates of import duty determined by the Customs tariff of Ukraine is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by adoption of the laws of Ukraine taking into account the conclusions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The laws of Ukraine concerning establishment new or changes of effective rates of import duty become effective not earlier than from start date of new budget period.
